This is a twostep process for obtaining a skills assessment.
Documentary Assessment for Carpenters and Joiners skills assessment, Australia
This is where the expertise of Arnela Tolic and Direct Migration Experts will come in preparing the necessary documentation to supply to VETASSESS. The paperwork must be ready and to meet the requirements and Direct Migration Experts make sure all our applications are decision ready. You must be able to show:
- You have three years employment experience and relevant formal training OR
- Five years employment experience as a Carpenter with no formal training.
Requirements include (not limited to) being able to show that you have worked twelve months in the last three years. Technical Interview
There is a fee of $2,000.00 for Carpenter’s skills assessment in Australia
There is both a Technical Interview and a Practical Assessment that together make up the skills assessment.
The technical interview is for one day as is the Practical Assessment. The testing will be done where you will be tested on carpenter’s skills and experience.
What is involved in the practical skills test?
You will be tested with at least three practical assessments and a theory test. The types of things that will be covered in the examination include but are not limited to:
